Friction Lens is a third-party scoring framework built and owned by IvyLens Technology. The People System is an integration partner: we run it on every active HIRE role and apply the output with direct market knowledge. Each role is assessed across five dimensions, scored independently, and combined into a single Friction Score with specific recommendations attached.
